Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator for our Risk Management team to support the company’s drug/alcohol testing program and ensure compliance with federal (FMCSA, DOT) and state regulations.

The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and effective communication to protect confidential information and maintain accurate records. The position coordinates pre-hire and post-accident testing, liaises with third-party vendors, and ensures timely reporting while

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for pre-hire drug/alcohol screens, motor vehicle record reports, and pre-employment inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance for post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and other drug/alcohol testing.
• Report drug/alcohol testing results to management accurately and timely.
