Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a qualified HR Compliance professional to oversee the Drug & Alcohol Program and PRD regulatory compliance. You will serve as a subject matter expert, manage audits, and coordinate background checks and SIDA badging for a growing workforce.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/auditing or legal compliance with a focus on FAA/DOT regulations. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact frontline safety and compliance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources, auditing, or legal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or Psychology preferred; equivalent combination of related education and experience considered in lieu of degree
• Administrative or management experience with Compliance, Drug & Alcohol or HR related programs preferred
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in FAA DOT or PRD regulatory compliance strongly preferred
• Previous experience administering a drug/alcohol program or governmentally regulated program(s) in a corporate environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of and support to the HR Compliance team.
• Act as a DER designee and oversee Drug and Alcohol Program and related regulatory compliance.
• Maintain oversight of Pilot Records Database (PRD) program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as SME and primary contact for drug/alcohol, PRD and background programs.
• Prepare for and participate in DOT audits and internal program audits.
• Manage pre-employment background checks and fingerprint background checks.
• Coordinate SIDA badging for new and current employees and support related processes.
