Insight Global is hiring as a TSSCI Readiness Program Analyst (DRRS) to support a newly awarded DoD program at Fort Meade. The ideal candidate has a TSSCI clearance, 5+ years of DoD-related experience, and DRRS proficiency to assess readiness, identify gaps, and present executive-level briefings and actionable

Qualifications

• Active TSSCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).
• 5+ years supporting DoD operations or related programs.
• Hands-on DRRS experience.
• Experience developing METs and METLs.
• Experience briefing senior leadership.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

Job description

Insight Global is hiring multiple TSSCI Readiness Program Analyst (DRRS) to sit at Fort Meade supporting a newly awarded DoD Program.

This candidate will serve as a key advisor supporting mission readiness reporting, training management, and operational planning initiatives. Working closely with mission owners, operational leadership, and stakeholders, the analyst will develop Mission Essential Tasks (METs), maintain Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), and establish training objectives aligned with mission requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage hands‑on experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) to assess organizational readiness, evaluate mission capability, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence mission success through readiness reporting, capability assessments, operational planning support, and executive‑level briefings within a dynamic Department of Defense environment.

Must‑Haves:

• Active TSSCI
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP)
• 5+ years supporting DoD operations, readiness, training, mission assurance, or related programs
• Hands‑on experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
• Experience developing and managing Mission Essential Tasks (METs) and Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs)
• Experience working directly with mission leaders, commanders, or senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of readiness assessment methodologies and readiness reporting processes
• Experience preparing executive‑level reports and briefings
• Ability to assess mission readiness, identify capability gaps, and recommend corrective actions

Plusses:

• Experience supporting Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, DISA, Service Components, or other DoD organizations
• Knowledge of Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMETs)
• Experience supporting military exercises, readiness evaluations, and training events
• Familiarity with CJCS readiness reporting guidance
• Understanding of operational planning processes
• Military operations, training, or readiness management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Military Science, Organizational Leadership, or related field
• Experience facilitating senior leadership readiness reviews and working groups

We are hiring multiple candidates for this opening and candidates pay will vary based on total years of experience, expertise and depth on knowledge in Cyber Readiness, Clearance level, among other factors. However, we anticipate paying 145K - 155K for these roles as well as providing a comprehensive benefits package to include health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits.
