The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) seeks a passionate Dropout Prevention Support Specialist to drive statewide initiatives focused on dropout prevention, student engagement, and justice-engaged youth. You will collaborate with CDE staff, districts, and partners to coordinate projects, develop resources, and provide trainings that promote student success.

The role supports the Dropout Prevention and Student Re-engagement Office, working with district and agency staff to monitor projects

Responsabilités

• Lead Dropout Prevention projects, manage monitoring processes, and develop resources.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure communication on school safety and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate to implement Diagnosis reviews for Alternative Education Campus and Online schools.
• Organize stakeholder feedback meetings and support training/webinar initiatives.
• Lead Justice Engaged Youth projects under HB24-1216 guidance.
