Justice Resource Institute is seeking a part-time Drop In Coach to join Evolution Independent Living (IL). The role involves visiting residents in their independent housing to ensure rule compliance, provide crisis management, and help maintain a safe living environment.
The program serves young adults in the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions. The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and an active driver’s license.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to come join our team as a Drop In Coach(Part-time) at Evolution Independent Living (IL) ! We are an independent living program that houses young individuals from 18-24 years old in small efficiency-type apartments or shared-living housing throughout the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions.
Schedule:This position is part-time.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
