Job summary

Edko, LLC is seeking visual observer candidates to aid our Pilot staff in UAV/drone operations along right-of-ways and road sides. A background in forestry, arboriculture, or drone-related field is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities include working in inclement weather, interpreting maps, using a laptop and radios, and maintaining a valid driver license. Seasonal positions could become permanent with travel involved.

Job description

Edko, LLC is seeking visual observer (VO) candidates to aid our Pilot staff in UAV/drone operations. A background in forestry, arboriculture, experience with UAVs or a related field is beneficial but not required. Personnel will perform work along right-of-ways and road sides. Visual Observers will participate in all aspects of drone missions and will also be required to perform herbicide applications when the conditions are unfavorable for drone flight.
