Lumenier is hiring a Commercial/Military Technical Support Representative to provide expert technical support to military, government, and commercial drone customers. You will handle build kit guidance, RTF setup, and troubleshooting while staying current with product offerings and firmware.

Strong communication with defense customers is required. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business Development to drive value, document issues, and contribute to knowledge bases and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of technical support or field service with technical products, drone/UAS industry experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to military, government, commercial, and light show drone customers across Lumenier product lines.
Communicate effectively with military end users using appropriate terminology and acronyms.
Assist customers with build kit support including assembly guidance, wiring, firmware, and configuration.
Support Ready-to-Fly (RTF) systems with setup, binding, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose hardware, software, and firmware issues; guide repairs and maintenance.
