Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional engineering or project management experience.
• Hands‑on with hardware: assembly, testing, and integration.
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules.
• Strong communication with technical teams and customers.
• Interest in drones/UAVs and robotics; practical drone experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and testing activities.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and conduct reviews.
• Communicate status, issues, and action items to teams and clients.
• Assist with hands-on UAV assembly, testing, and integration.
• Identify risks and resolve project‑related issues.
