The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, software, and firmware teams, and ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all electronic subsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years in electrical engineering with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience in drone/aerospace is highly desirable.
• Proficient in PCB design, embedded electronics, RF design, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers.
• Oversee development from concept to production of electrical subsystems.
• Drive innovative designs to boost performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software and firmware teams for integration.
• Ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance of electrical systems.
• Plan projects, budgets and resource allocation for NPI and scale-up.
