Job summary

Edko, LLC is seeking UAV/drone pilots to support our Himmel division. A background in forestry, arboriculture, or related fields is beneficial but not required. Pilots will perform herbicide application along rights-of-way and roadsides and must be able to lead a small team on assignments.

Responsibilities include flying in challenging weather, interpreting maps, and using laptops, radios, and mobile apps. Travel overnight may be required; a Part 107 license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to interpret and follow maps.
• Ability to use a laptop, radio communications and mobile apps.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel overnight for extended periods.
• Vegetation management knowledge, tree knowledge and ID skills or drone experience preferred.
• Part 107 license preferred.
