Job summary

Edko, LLC, operating in the Himmel division, is seeking UAV pilots to support vegetation-management operations along rights-of-way and roadsides. A forestry/arboriculture background or UAV experience is beneficial but not required.

You will lead a small team during field operations and travel as needed. Applicants should be comfortable with inclement weather, maps, laptops and radios; a valid driver license is required, and willingness to travel long hours away from town is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a laptop, radio communications and mobile apps.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to work independently for long hours and out of town with extended overnight travel.
• Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills or drone experience a Plus.
• A candidate with a Part 107 license is preferred.
