Valcourt Building Services is seeking a Drone Operator to join our team in Anaheim, CA. You will operate the Lucid Bots Sherpa Drone to provide pressure washing and window cleaning for mid-rise to high-rise buildings, while adhering to FAA Part 107 and safety protocols.

The role requires thorough pre- and post-flight checks, site assessments, environmental and water management considerations, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience operating drones for commercial applications.
• FAA Part 107 certification required for commercial drone operation.
• Knowledge of drone operation laws and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of drone equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Drone for pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and compliance.
• Analyze building surfaces to plan efficient cleaning strategies.
• Maintain control of the drone to avoid damage and ensure safety.
• Follow FAA regulations and Valcourt safety protocols.
• Prepare site-specific work plans including risk assessments.
• Ensure environmental compliance and proper runoff management.
• Document processes with photos and client reports.
• Report issues and collaborate with teams on access and schedules.
