Job summary

XTEND is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and materials operations at our Tampa, Florida facility. This role supports drone platform manufacturing, ensuring accurate inventory, timely production kit readiness, and smooth shipping and receiving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority, NetSuite, SAP) for inventory transactions.
• Experience with BOM-based material management and kitting.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, with export controls awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory & stock management with real-time accuracy across all locations.
• Own day-to-day warehouse transactions in the ERP system and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate kitting for production to ensure timely availability of complete component kits.
• Manage shipping & receiving, inspections, and documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, enforce safety, and improve processes and workflows.
