Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Experience with kitting processes and BOM-based material management.
• Strong shipping/receiving knowledge, including domestic and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse transactions in the ERP system; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate kitting to align with production schedules and BOM requirements.
• Direct receiving, shipping, and logistics activities; ensure compliant documentation and ITAR/EAR readiness.
• Lead warehouse staff; enforce safety, organize the workspace, and improve processes.
