Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a mechanical engineer to lead the full lifecycle of rugged hardware products, from concept through manufacture. The role focuses on Dongle Cases, Bridge Boxes, and drone integration, with in-house rapid prototyping and field testing.

You will design and test drone attachments and actuated mechanisms, while coordinating with the engineering team on validation and manufacturability. Travel for field demos may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing mechanical components for rugged, field-deployed hardware.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and field testing.
• Ability to design for manufacturability and assembly.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee manufacture of Dongle Cases and Bridge Boxes and other rugged enclosures.
• Specify, source, and customize swarm packaging solutions including Pelican cases and precision foam inserts.
• Design, test, and manufacture drone attachments and physical modifications from simple brackets to actuated mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on mechanism design, prototyping, and field validation.
