Job summary

Actalent is hiring an Electronics Test Technician in Poway, CA. You will troubleshoot and repair PCB and RF subsystems used in drones, diagnose faults to the component level, and document findings. Work with production leadership and fellow technicians to improve test processes and ensure quality.

Responsibilities include setting up tests, analyzing results, and performing soldering/rework as needed. This on-site role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and precise record-keeping on a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronics testing, troubleshooting or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting PCB and RF system issues.
• Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCBs down to component level and perform fault isolation.
• Diagnose RF system issues and ensure proper operation.
• Set up and analyze experiments using standard test procedures.
• Record results and maintain accurate test records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to resolve issues.
