Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Soldering Technician to perform precision hand-soldering, inspection, and rework of PCBs, wire harnesses, and small electro‑mechanical components for drone production.

The role requires magnification-based work to IPC standards, mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to process improvements. Strong reading skills and a background in electronics assembly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics assembly training preferred.
• 3+ years of hand-soldering experience including 0402 size components.
• Must read work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams; perform meticulous work under magnification.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-soldering of through-hole, SMT, and fine-pitch components on PCBA and small assemblies.
• Assemble, repair, and modify wire harnesses as directed.
• Inspect solder joints under a microscope and repair non-conformances to workmanship standards.
