Qualifications

• BS in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in a technician or customer-facing role for an associate's degree.
• 4+ years in a technician role for those without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits to automate inventory management through drones.
• Prepare for deployments and provide ongoing customer support.
• Manage tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with Development team for smooth deployments.
• Handle mapping, calibration, testing, documentation, and training.
