Job summary

Manna is hiring a Ground Support Crewmember for our new US operations in Tulsa. In this essential live-ops role, you report to the Tulsa Operations Supervisor and help ensure safe, efficient drone delivery by preparing deliveries, supporting flight operations, and maintaining batteries and equipment.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on attention to detail, safety, and teamwork while contributing to a high-tech, growing drone delivery operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• High school diploma or currently completing education.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for drone delivery in accordance with procedures.
• Verify products are properly packaged for drone transport.
• Load payloads into aircraft delivery systems.
• Keep launch and landing areas clear and safe during operations.
• Perform quality checks on delivery cartridges, payload containers and equipment.
• Manage aircraft batteries and charging systems to ensure readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Assist with site setup, housekeeping and inventory management.
• Follow safety procedures, standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with Flight Operators and Supervisors to support daily operations.
