Job summary

ADVOC8, Inc. is seeking Promotional Specialists in Orlando, FL to engage communities with hands-on drone delivery demonstrations at stores, markets and events.

You’ll educate the public on drone deliveries, collect feedback, and help ensure smooth setup and teardown with a friendly, energetic approach. This contract role requires 3–5 years in promotional staffing or event production, plus local travel and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of promotional staffing and/or event production experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and engage individuals as well as groups.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset to create opportunities on-site.
• Access to internet and a smartphone or computer to submit recaps and photos.
• Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to set up and ensure the drone display is engaging and accessible.
• Check in with Market Manager before and after events as trained.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about drone delivery experiences.
• Engage consumers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Manage distribution of branded POS materials as outlined in training.
• During teardown, pack materials and drone for transport per guidelines.
• Submit expense receipts and event recaps on the recap site.
• Review recaps for accuracy and complete post-event reporting.
• Communicate program results and suggest enhancements to optimize growth.
