Job summary

ADVOC8 in Memphis, TN is looking for Promotional Specialists to engage communities with hands-on drone delivery demonstrations. You will represent the program at storefronts, farmers markets and events, educating residents about autonomous drone delivery and gathering feedback.

The role requires friendly, energetic individuals with strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Prior event staffing and internet or smartphone access are preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and engage consumers as individuals and in groups.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to follow training scripts and instructions on site.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and travel locally.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early for setup and ensure drone display is accessible to consumers.
• Check in with Market Manager before/after events.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about drone delivery experiences.
• Engage consumers in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Distribute branded materials per training.
• Pack and transport materials and drone after the event.
• Submit expense receipts and event recaps as required.
• Summarize program results and suggest enhancements with MM.
