Job summary

ADVOC8 in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking Promotional Specialists to engage communities with hands-on drone delivery demos alongside local retailers and events.

As part of the field team, you will educate consumers on drone services, collect feedback, handle branded materials, set up displays, and report results to the Market Manager. This contract role requires reliability, strong communication, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of promotional staffing and/or event production experience.
• Ability to multitask and engage consumers as individuals and in groups.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset to create opportunities at events.
• Punctuality and ability to arrive on-site and be event-ready.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for setup and ensure display is engaging.
• Check in with Market Manager before and after events.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about drone delivery experiences.
• Engage consumers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Distribute branded materials per training guidelines.
• Pack away program materials and drone after events.
• Submit expense receipts and post-event recap with photos.
• Provide program results and suggest enhancements to optimize growth.
