Job summary

ADVOC8 is looking for Promotional Specialists in the San Francisco Bay Area to engage communities with hands-on demonstrations of drone delivery services at local retailers, markets and events.

As the on-the-ground team, you will educate residents about how autonomous drone delivery works, help collect feedback, and coordinate with market managers to maximize reach and impact.

This is contract work with bi-weekly payroll, requiring weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of promotional staffing and/or event production experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Able to travel locally and work a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays).
• Access to internet and a smartphone or computer to submit recaps and photos.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Set up 1/2 hour before events and ensure drone display is engaging and accessible.
• Check in with Market Manager before and after events.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about drone delivery services.
• Engage consumers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Distribute branded materials as trained.
• Pack up materials and drone after events for transport.
• Submit expense receipts and post-event recaps with photos.
• Summarize program results and suggest improvements with the MM.
