Job summary

ADVOC8 is seeking Promotional Specialists in Tampa, FL to conduct hands-on demonstrations of drone delivery services at community events, storefronts, and local venues. You will educate the public on drone delivery functionality and benefits, working with local retailers, restaurants, and service providers to engage residents and shoppers.

The role focuses on on-site engagement, event setup, and data collection through consumer questionnaires, with opportunities to travel locally and work

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and engage consumers as individuals and in groups.
• 3–5 years of promotional staffing and/or event production experience.
• Must have access to internet and a smartphone or computer to submit event recap and photos.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for setup and ensure setup aligns with training and is accessible.
• Check in with Market Manager before leaving for and after events.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about their experience with drone delivery services.
• Engage consumers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Distribute branded POS materials as trained.
• Pack away program materials and drone for transport after events.
• Submit expense receipts to the recap site for payroll processing.
• Review recaps for accuracy and complete post-event recap and photo uploads.
• Communicate program results and suggest enhancements to the MM.
