Job summary

ADVOC8 in Houston, TX is seeking Promotional Specialists to engage consumers through hands‑on demonstrations of drone delivery services at stores, markets and events around the city. You will educate the public on how autonomous drone delivery works and represent our program at partner locations.

Candidates should be outgoing, reliable, and comfortable speaking with individuals and groups; weekend availability and local travel may be required; 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of promotional staffing and/or event production experience.
• Ability to arrive on time and manage on-site setup.
• Legal to work in the US and 18+ years old.
• Access to internet and a smartphone or computer to submit recaps.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early for setup and ensure display is engaging and accessible.
• Check in with Market Manager before leaving and after check-in as trained.
• Facilitate consumer questionnaires about drone delivery services.
• Engage consumers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Distribute branded POS materials per training.
• Pack away materials and drone after event and return to MM/warehouse.
• Submit expense receipts as outlined by MM and payroll.
• Review recaps for accuracy and completeness; upload photos.
• Communicate results and suggest event/program improvements to MM.
