Job summary

Valinor Enterprises is seeking a Drone Assembly Technician to join the Condor team in New York. This role is critical to scaling manufacturing of autonomous VTOL platforms for defense and enterprise applications, spanning from precision assembly to integration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

Experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
Proficiency in soldering and wiring for small electronics.
Familiarity with 3D printing, drones, UAS, robotics, or RC systems.
Ability to read and follow technical assembly instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

Perform precision mechanical assembly of small UAS platforms and subassemblies.
Conduct electrical assembly, including soldering and wiring.
Support component/assembly testing.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly or integration issues with engineering support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop in accordance with ESD and safety protocols.
Support continuous improvement in assembly processes and documentation.
