Job summary

Valinor Enterprises seeks a Deployment Engineer to embed with customers and integration partners, serving as the link between the field and Condor's R&D team. This software-focused role touches hardware, product, and drone piloting, and is built for a generalist who enjoys range and close customer contact.

You'll support training, test flights, and live debugging across hardware and software, turning field feedback into shipped features.

Qualifications

  • Real embedded software experience with C++ and Python.
  • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop or field engineering.
  • Strong debugging across hardware, firmware, and software.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy on-site with customers for multi-week engagements.
  • Support operational and test flights end-to-end.
  • Lead customer training and adoption.
  • Debug hardware, firmware, and software issues in the field.
  • Write and deploy fixes, and feed them into the core product.
  • Serve as technical liaison between customer and R&D.
  • Coordinate field validation with NY/NC teams.
  • Create runbooks and training materials.
