Description

Esplanade Golf & Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Driving Range Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shifts; a few hours per day (range closing)
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and clean golf balls using range equipment

Prepare the driving range for the following day, including resetting targets and teeing areas

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the practice facility

Secure the driving range at closing

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to golf operations staff

Adhere to all club policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

Strong reliability and punctuality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to perform light physical tasks

Prior golf or club experience preferred, but not required

Limited playing and practice privileges
