Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Drivetrain Brake Mechatronics team to align programs with technology requirements for lower powertrain systems.
• Design, develop, implement, and validate drivetrain control software and algorithms.
• Own legacy technologies and ensure reliability and value to the enterprise.
• Apply systems engineering to balance performance, durability, cost and maintenance.
• Collaborate with machine teams to evaluate design selections, verification activities and validation efforts.
• Drive process improvements in controls development and validation processes.
