MTM, Inc in Yuma County is seeking Drivers to provide safe, non-emergency transportation for our community. Training classes start weekly and are conducted onsite in Phoenix, with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Starting hourly rate is $16.00, with paid training, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) with company match, and internal growth opportunities. Drive with a company vehicle and dedicated support for your role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record review.
• DOT physical if over 65 and pre-employment drug screen may apply.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable non-emergency transportation to customers.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Maintain on-time pick-ups and drop-offs and accurate manifests.
• Use tablets/GPS and other devices to support operations.
• Ensure safety and customer service for all passengers.
