Job summary

MTM/AAA is hiring Drivers in Coconino County. Trainees start weekly, with paid onsite training in Phoenix. The starting hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $19.85 depending on mode and location. A company vehicle with working A/C is provided at no cost to the driver.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felonies in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over 65 including pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
