Job summary

MTM, Inc. in Yavapai County, AZ currently seeks Drivers to join our team. Training classes start every week and you will provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation with a company vehicle and on-site paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges.
• No convicted felony charges in past 7 years.
• No DUI or DWI convictions.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record investigation.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over 65 including pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of the customer.
• Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
