Job summary

ECHO in Leesburg is hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs. Split shifts keep your mid-day free, with morning and afternoon routes.

You'll safely transport riders, assist with boarding, and create a positive experience during every ride, while completing basic vehicle checks and documentation. This role offers flexible hours and meaningful, low-stress work in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Friendly and patient with passengers.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience not required—we will train you.

Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – Morning & Afternoon Routes (No Midday Work Required)

At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.

• Work a few hours in the morning AND a few in the afternoon
• Your mid-day is completely free
• No late nights

This role is ideal if you want extra income without a full-day schedule.

Schedule (Split Shift)

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 3:30–6:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 1:30–4:30 PM

Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off)

What You'll Do

• Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs
• Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed
• Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride
• Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation

You're often the first and last person participants see each day-your role matters
