Job summary

ECHO in Leesburg is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to our programs. This split-shift role offers mornings and afternoons with no midday work, ideal for retirees, parents, or those seeking part-time hours.

You will safely transport participants, assist with boarding and alighting, and maintain daily vehicle checks while documenting routine details. Training is provided, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused and customer-friendly.
• Friendly and patient with passengers, especially individuals with disabilities.
• Comfortable driving and working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs.
• Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed.
• Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride.
• Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation.

Looking for a part-time job that fits around your day-not takes it over?

At ECHO, we're hiring Drivers to transport adults with disabilities to and from our programs in the Leesburg area.

• Work a few hours in the morning AND a few in the afternoon
• Your mid-day is completely free
• No late nights

Schedule (Split Shift)

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 3:30–6:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30–9:30 AM AND 1:30–4:30 PM

Free time in the middle of the day (6+ hours off)

What You'll Do

• Safely transport individuals to and from ECHO programs
• Assist passengers getting on/off the vehicle as needed
• Create a positive, friendly experience during each ride
• Complete basic vehicle checks and documentation

You're often the first and last person participants see each day-your role matters
