Job summary

MTM, Inc in Arizona is seeking Drivers to join our team serving Apache County. Training classes start weekly. You’ll receive a starting hourly rate of $16.00, onsite training in Phoenix, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, plus paid holidays and PTO.

Growth opportunities exist within internal mobility. You will provide safe, reliable transportation to riders, demonstrate defensive driving, and deliver excellent customer service while assisting with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and 25+ years of age.
• Clean driving history; no major charges in recent years.
• Able to pass background, motor vehicle checks and a DOT physical if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation to riders.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and customer service excellence.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility device security.
• Maintain on-time pickups/drop-offs and complete required paperwork.
• Work with tablets, GPS and radios to coordinate routes.
