Job summary

QXO is seeking a Commercial Motor VehicleDriver / Warehouse associate to deliver and unload finished products and materials to customer locations. You will assist in receiving, storing and distributing inventory and operate a CMV locally with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Expect shifts starting as early as 5:30 am, with warehouse duties about 20% of the time. Must be 18+, CDL, 1 year driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; ability to read/write English.
• Valid driver’s license for company purposes.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001–26,000 lbs).
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as needed; safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
• Assist in warehouse receiving, storage and distribution of inventory.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally and maintain customer relations.
• Work varied shift start times (approx. 5:30 am to 7:00 am) and handle other duties as assigned.

Assist in the Warehouse as needed to receive, store and distribute inventory.Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.Excellent customer service skills- our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.Able to read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.Shift schedule varies anywhere from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start.Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.Your QualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age.If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001- 26,000 lbs vehicle).Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as signed.THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITIONTravel RequirementsEighty (80%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.Physical RequirementsThis role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
