Job summary

SPI is seeking a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse to deliver and unload products to customer locations and support warehouse operations. The role requires safe local driving and ability to assist in loading and unloading, with a start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am.

Expect a physically active day and a salary range disclosed below. Responsibilities include customer service, using navigation software, and performing additional duties as needed.

Assist in the Warehouse as needed to receive, store and distribute inventory.Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.Excellent customer service skills- our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.Able to read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.Shift schedule varies anywhere from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start.Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.PAY RANGE: $18 TO $24.00 PER HOURYour QualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age.If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001- 26,000 lbs vehicle).Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as signed.THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITIONTravel RequirementsEighty (80%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.Physical RequirementsThis role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
