Job summary

Roberts Hawaii Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Driver Training Center Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee training for passenger vehicle operations, ensuring USDOT compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will lead development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with operations and safety to uphold safety standards and service quality across all transportation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; substitution allowed per policy.
• Minimum four years of verifiable safety training experience in transportation preferred.
• Experience implementing USDOT safety guidelines and audits.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop transportation safety training programs; ensure USDOT compliance.
• Oversee delivery of training via in-person and online formats; ensure instructors are qualified.
• Conduct safety audits and improve training content based on findings.
• Identify training needs and mentor employees; support career development.
• Set performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and drive program improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and HR to align training with organizational goals.
