Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional Driver Support and On-road operational support.
• Manage driver needs, equipment breakdowns, and service recovery.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and roadside assistance.
• Communicate updates to drivers through events completion.
• Monitor breakdowns to minimize downtime and delays.
• Authorize repairs and expenses within guidelines.
• Support both Driver Support and On-road operations.
• Assist others to achieve organizational objectives.
