Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Driver Supervisor DOT to oversee daily delivery operations and ensure timely, compliant distribution. This role reports to the Transportation Manager and focuses on safety, route planning and customer satisfaction.

The position requires CDL-A, 3–5 years of related experience including management, and adherence to BEK policies. Benefits support a professional, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles, needs assessment and meeting quality standards.
• Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines and to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reports and communications.
• Manage employee turnover by maintaining morale and addressing obstacles.
• Willingness to travel overnight when needed.
• Knowledge of DOT guidelines and related regulatory guidelines.
• Valid Arkansas Class A CDL with limited violations in 3 years.
• Commitment to BEK principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Primary accountability for specific functions and results.
• Collaborate with peer supervisors to manage daily routes and transportation personnel.
• Enforce transportation policies to maintain equipment performance and BEK safety compliance.
• Manage delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, timely reporting of work activities and expenditures.
• Train new employees and guide current staff on routes, paperwork, safety and evaluations.
• Investigate and report accidents, injuries and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism and proper dress code.
