Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a dependable CDL driver to perform route deliveries and assemble orders for timely fulfillment. You will inspect vehicles, maintain accurate logs, and communicate issues to the Transportation Supervisor while following DOT regulations and BEK policies.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT certification, and at least one year of route driving experience. Lifting up to 50 lbs and strong communication are essential in a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience required.
• DOT certification and Class A CDL are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and organizational abilities.
• Attention to safety and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and request repairs as needed.
• Assemble orders for timely delivery and confirm delivery windows.
• Place products in storage locations per customer requests.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product and prevent damage.
• Communicate problems to Transportation Supervisor by phone.
• Read maps and follow written and verbal directions.
• Manage multiple tasks with efficient time use.
• Follow BEK safety and transportation policies and DOT regulations.
• Remain DOT compliant and aware of guideline changes.
• Complete administrative tasks and review customer invoices.
• Report delays, accidents, or traffic issues to base location.
