Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver to operate shuttle double/triple trailers and support daily home runs. You’ll ensure timely deliveries, follow safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.

We offer an $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and the opportunity to earn $80,000 to $100,000+ annually with stable, long-term employment in a 120+ year company with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with required endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.

What You’ll Do

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude

What You Bring

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience (shuttle double experience preferred for bonus eligibility)
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years)
• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.)
• Must pass required drug screening and physical
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
