Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company, a long-established food and beverage distributor, seeks a CDL-A shuttle driver to operate double/triple trailer configurations. You will shuttle loads, manage deliveries to ensure on-time performance, and uphold rigorous safety standards across daily routes.

The role offers a generous $80K-$100K+ annual range with an $8,000 sign-on bonus, home daily, and comprehensive benefits. This is a stable, long-term position with a storied 120+ year company history.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years).
• Ability to operate trailers of 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.
• Must pass required drug screening and physical.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.
• Communicate issues or delays promptly with your supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements

• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.)

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
