Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver to join our network of food and beverage distribution across multiple states. This position offers home daily schedules, an $8,000 sign-on bonus, and the potential to earn $80K-$100K+ annually for safe, dependable driving.

You will transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots, ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows, and uphold our safety standards while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience (shuttle double experience preferred for bonus eligibility).
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years).
• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (28 ft., 36 ft., 48 ft.).
• Must pass required drug screening and physical.

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.
