Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver (Home Daily) with at least 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience. Earn $80,000-$100,000+ annually after your first year and an $8,000 sign-on bonus, with a stable, long-term career at a 120-year-old industry leader.

You will transport loaded trailers, ensure on-time deliveries, and communicate issues promptly while maintaining strict safety standards. The company emphasizes professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience (shuttle double experience preferred for bonus eligibility).
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years).
• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.).
• Must pass required drug screening and physical.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.
