Job summary

MTM Transit in Sebring, FL is hiring non-CDL drivers for full- and part-time roles. You will provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure on-time pickups.

Strong customer service, good communication, and adherence to DOT regulations are essential. Responsibilities include pre-/post-trip inspections, operating with respect for mobility devices, and maintaining accurate trip documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment screening.
• Must be 21+ and able to work in Sebring, FL.
• Must pass background check and provide valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and excellent customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Complete pre-/post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Maintain on-time pick-ups and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate effectively with riders and team members.
