Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager- Driver Safety to advance fleet safety across all brands. You will develop, implement, and improve driver safety programs, monitor driver behavior, and promote in-vehicle camera and telematics adoption.

You will partner with Operations, Risk, Legal, and Learning and Development to foster a proactive, compliant safety culture across a distributed, route-based workforce. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in fleet safety, risk management, operations.
• Minimum 2 years in fleet safety, transportation safety, risk management, or operations safety.
• Experience with multi-location or route-based operations preferred.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, Telematics, in-cab cameras and related safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted driver and fleet safety partner for field teams and leadership.
• Deploy in-vehicle camera and telematics tech, including coordinating installations and training.
• Travel 25% or more to support field operations and coaching.
• Develop and maintain driver safety programs, policies, and standards across brands and locations.
• Analyze safety data and trends to identify high-risk drivers and locations and drive corrective actions.
• Create driver safety dashboards and executive summaries to communicate performance.
