Job summary

Menzies Aviation Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to join our risk management team in Dallas Fort Worth. The role supports Safety, Security, and Environmental stewardship while maintaining a safe workplace for staff across multiple stations and systems.

You will lead audits, monitor KPIs, and act as a subject-matter expert for station leadership. The position requires strong organizational skills, vendor management, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Fast-moving environment experience with new tech/infrastructure/priorities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Independent worker who collaborates well in a dynamic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and vendor management across diverse teams.
• Auditing experience preferred within the industry.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between stations, surveillance tech customer service provider, and technical support team.
• Ensure users, stations, vehicles, and product information are updated in the system.
• Provide system training for station staff, including onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Serve as main contact for station leadership, including on-call availability.
• Monitor Driver Safety Program KPIs, coaching standards, and coaching quality.
• Review events to determine if observations qualify for dismissal; assist with dismissal requests.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits and coordinate audit schedules; prepare and present reports.
• Aid in Program Manager initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
