Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with drivers/contractors.
• Proven teaching/presentation ability to train and coach drivers.
• Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in driver training or facilitation helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with independent contractor drivers operating under Warren Transport authority.
• Lead telematics program coaching, feedback, and reporting; review data and trends daily.
• Develop and deliver driver safety training and FMCSA policy instruction.
• Create training materials and content aligned with safety trends.
• Coordinate driver recognition and safety awards programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on telematics, dash cams, and event reporting.
• Ensure alignment with Warren Transport values; support after-hours work as needed.
