Qualifications

• Evidence of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance proof are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and help participants grow, learn, and live well.
• Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals served.
• Take initiative to help participants engage with the community and activities.
• Assist participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
